Tur-Bo Switch Machine in original box with instruction sheet as shown.  There is wear to the box, but the switch machine itself is pretty clean, not sure if ever used.  What is in the photo is what was in the box.  From the instructions, it appears there may have been a link rod included to attach the switch machine to your set up, but all we have is what is shown in the photos.
