Postage within the UK

• Standard delivery: postage by Royal Mail 1st Class is free (for most of the items).
• For higher value purchases (usually higher than £50) Signed For service will be used.
• Express shipping: for urgent orders choose Express Shipping. Service - FedEx Express. You can choose this shipping method on checkout page. Delivery time mostly takes 1 business day. Every additional item is free, if you make one payment for all ordered items.
• Shipping price is combined when all items are paid with one payment. If items are paid separately, seller is not obliged to refund overpaid shipping.

International Combined postage

• Standard delivery: shipping price for the first item - £0.99, for every additional item - £0.10 up to a maximum £4.00 per purchase.
• Express Shipping: for urgent orders choose Express International Shipping. Service - DHL Express or FedEx Express, depending on your country. You can choose this shipping method on checkout page. Express delivery in EU usually takes 1 business day, outside EU 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).

International Postage

• If you choose Express International Shipping, your items will be shipped via DHL Express or FedEx Express depending on your country.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: to save on standard postage costs, all international orders will be sent from Lithuania by Lithuania Post's PRIORITY Airmail service. This service is highly reliable and usually fast (please see next tab for Delivery Time). Higher value parcels will be sent by PRIORITY Recorded Airmail with tracking number and signature requirement. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator, e.g.:

UK Delivery

• 1st Class delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, if there are no delays.
• 2nd Class delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, if there are no delays.
• If order is very urgent, better choose Express Delivery - next day delivery via FedEx Express.

International Delivery

• According to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. Delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed.
• Delivery to countries like Russia, South America countries, etc. take longer because of strict customs inspection.
• Express Delivery in EU usually takes 1 business day, outside EU 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).

Please Notice:

• Delivery time after dispatch depends only on postal operator and might be different each time as it is influenced by several factors: distance, amount of parcels that postal operators have to handle at that particular time, unexpected circumstances, etc. During peak periods delivery to any country will take longer.
• If your purchase is not delivered within a reasonable time or you think that something could be wrong with the delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Returns

• If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it for refund or exchange.
• Contact us within 30 days after receiving the item to agree on a return.
• Returns are not free, customer pays for return expenses.
• Items that you want to return must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging and with all labels (if they had them) attached. Copy of purchase invoice must be enclosed.
• We recommend to use registered (signed-for) postal service.
