2016 Li Bien Glass Ornament By Pier 1 - Poinsettia Bell- 3" W/ Decorative Box

This is a beautiful hand painted ornament. It comes with a padded decorative box, and product card. 

Pier 1 has become known for it's beautiful hand painted ornaments every year. There have been some nice ornaments in this line over the years, and this is no exception.

This ornament is 3" tall. It has a fun and colorful image that is painted all the way around. But this is not all. The painting on the glass is on the inside of the ornament. The painting is done through a hole in the hand blown glass, and is done entirely in reverse so that it will appear as you see it in the photos.

Metallic Gold is the main background color for this ornament. The scene is a simple one for this little ornament. There is a beautiful poinsettia on the front with vivid red and green coloring. On the back side there are a few holly and berry leaves, with a red "2016".   

The top is adorned with a gold fitting. On the top of the ornament is a little metal tag that has the Pier 1 logo imprinted on it. The box is fabric lined and padded on 5 of the 6 sides on the inside. On the outside the box is red and gold. The fold over cover is red with a diamond embossed pattern, with a magnet as the method of keeping the lid closed.  

There is a color product card on the inside that describes the process used to make these ornaments.

As in the past, these ornaments probably will not last very long, so please take a look. Perhaps you know someone who collects these, why not give it a shot. These make great gifts if you are going to a party and want to bring a little gift.
