The discs are 1 15/16" across. 3/16" thick. Center hole is 5/16".

Disc and knife are stainless steel. They will not rust. Plates fit all the new FGA Plastic style meat grinder attachments. These parts fit the white plastic Kitchenaid food chopper ONLY. They will not fit the vintage metal meat grinder attachments. We have those also.
