What are Escape the Room Games

Escape the Room games began as digital adventures and quickly turned into real life events all around the world. In both versions players are 'locked' in a room and must uncover clues and hidden objects to escape.This version allows you to bring home all the excitement of this experience, without actually locking anyone in a room of course!

The event is designed so even the host can participate with minimal setup required.

The Objective

Work with your guests to discover the dark secret of Dr Gravely's retreat by finding clues and solving puzzles. But be careful...in the story, the doors have shut and locked behind you.

Will you and your guests discover the secret and escape the room before time runs out?

The Mystery

The time is 1913 and you are the lucky winner of a free stay at Foxcrest Retreat, where the famed Dr Gravelyhas improved upon the lastest in spa treatmentsand relaxation for those of high social standing. You take a long all-expense-paid train ride to the retreat.

Upon arrival, however, you and your fellow guests may find that the 'health retreat' is not what it seems...

Returns

Except where specifically mentioned in the listing all the items that we sell are new and sourced either from the manufacturer or a reputable distributor. 

For this reason faulty items are rare, however, should you receive a faulty item you may return it for replacement or refund, after first notifying us of the problem.

This does not cover items that have incurred damage through neglect or misuse.

Customers may also return items, at their own cost, within 30-days from purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, providing the item is in as-new-condition and in its original packaging.

We would request that customers notify us of any intention to return goods before doing so, otherwise the return may be declined.

Shipping

Standard UK shipping is included on most items.

Faster shipping options are available at a slightly increased cost. We would always advise customers with time specific delivery requirements to use a guaranteed service like Special Delivery.

Please note that we cannot replace or refund items which have not arrived until the Royal Mail mandated time period of 15 working days (UK) and 21 days (overseas) have passed.


Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.


Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
