A standard push fit expanding plastic rivet which is used by Honda on some models to attach the windscreen cowl. This is the plastic trim that sits on the outside of the vehicle at the base of the windscreen and covers the wiper motors. The clips each include pre-fitted foam sealing washers and they are identical to the Honda originals.
These are used on a number of Honda models but they are not universal. Please don't assume they will fit your vehicle without checking the part number or dimensions.
