This dress features a gathered bust with shiny crystals at the bust and on the skirt.  It has thin straps, a two layered skirt made of one layer of lycra and the top layer is a sheer fabric.  The front bodice is fully lined.  It has an attached panty.   This is in a black and white design, as pictured.
