We do not guarantee products compatibility with your existing system. To reduce risk of getting incompatible parts, check products info from manufacturer's website for compatibility issue. No refund will be made for compatibility issues.

Payments
•We accept PAYPAL payment and (all major credit cards accepted through PAYPAL)
•For PAYPAL customers, we ship to confirmed address ONLY.
•Payment must be received within 5 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after 5 days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

3. Shipping & Handling
•We ship to all U.S. states
•We ship USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground
•All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
•Please contact us after 3 business days if you did not received any order confirmation or tracking status confirmations.
• We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
•If the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must report to courier right away
•If your order arrives incorrect you must notify us within 2 days of receipt.

4.Return Policy
•All returns must have RMA number. Returns with no RMA number will be avoided!
•DOA items will be fully refunded after matching the serial number with the one in our records
•No returns will be accepted for defective products if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories.
•We will not accept any item that has physical damage (if it is not described in auction). Physical damage is any damage that is not caused by any normal wear and tear. If we receive an item that is physically damaged, it will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
•Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charge.
