We are game enthusiast and our goal is to make gaming more affordable by providing competitive prices on gaming related items 

CA Sales Tax (9.5%)

California sales tax is unavoidable if shipping within California (there is no exception to this).  All items sold here will be subjected to a 9.5% if the destination is within California.  Please understand that this is a requirement by law.  If you don’t agree to this, please don’t know bid on items.

Shipping/handling details

We are located in Northern California and all orders will be handled and shipped from this location.  Although, we will try to ship out items asap, sometimes it might take up to 2 business for an item to leave our facility (normally within 24hrs).  Tracking number will be available and you can track your item online. Typically, it takes somewhere between 2-5 business days for an item to get to you.

We only ship to the lower 48 states at the moment, there is no shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

Payment details

We accept paypal as a form of payment.  Please be aware that we only ship to the address provided within your payment. Please do take a minute to review your shipping address and name before your submit your payment to us.

Return details

15% restocking fee will be applied to returned items and original shipping cost is not refundable.  In order to be eligible for return, we will need to be notified within 7 days after item arrive to you. 

Returns only accepted for functional items, if an item is listed as nonfunctional or in as-is condition, return is not acceptable.

Warranty details

We provide 30 day warranty to all of our item listed as functional.  Please contact us if you experience an issue with our product, we will provide support asap.  Please do not attempt to fix any issue yourself, tempering with the unit will void the warranty from us.  All as-is, nonfunctional item sold are not covered under our warranty policy
