Notice that the pins in the 3 pin row have an offset spacing. Please make sure your device needs that space.

This cable is the most common mini din 9 pin connector, often referred to as a 9B type connector.  Sometimes referred to as non-standard or proprietary. It is larger that a standard mini din end. (10 mm)
