Description:

Show off your star quality with these ladies adidas Originals Superstar trainers! Crafted with an all-white leather upper, these shoes also feature the adidas three stripe branding to the sides in black - perfect for those who like to keep it simple and stylish when it comes to their footwear. The shoe is finished with a branded gold tab on the tongue for added style.

Material: Leather upper and a synthetic sole

Colour: White with black stripes. They also have the gold logo to the tongue (please see pictures)

Size:

They are a UK 5 / US 6.5 / EU 38 / JP 235 / CHN 230. They are ladies trainers but given they are an adult sized UK 5 they should be suitable for either a man or lady with UK 5 feet. We have therefore advertised them in both the ladies and mens trainer categories.

Condition:

They are EX-SHOP DISPLAY STOCK and are being sold as BRAND NEW WITH DEFECTS. They will arrive unboxed. Please note the following:

The right trainer has been the main ex display trainer and if we are being picky we would say that the white leather is a little more creamy antique white colour when compared to the white of the left trainer.
The back inside of the heels (material section) look a little discolored and dirty due to the trainer being tried on. This is again more so to the right trainer
The undersole on the right trainer has a few little marks from it being tried on in store

They have a red pen cross to the inner size label, this is simply to denote that they are ex-shop display stock.

Payment Information

Paypal only accepted or cash if collecting in person. If collecting in person then please message us to arrange a mutually convenient time and date. Please note that collections are only available in an evening.

Payment within 3 calendar days of auction ending please. All non payments will be escalated via Ebay. If you are wanting to pay later than the specified 3 days you MUST inform us before bidding on our item.

Overseas bidders are more than welcome and we just politely ask that you contact us prior to bidding so we can advise of the correct postage costs for your country. Overseas bidders will be required to provide a landline contact number for the courier use only.

Shipping Information

Once the item has been paid for we will dispatch the same day if purchased before 1pm. An Ebay message will be sent confirming that it has been posted and giving further delivery information including the tracking number and courier used.

All of our postage is done via a traceable method to ensure the safe delivery of your item. We look to use low priced yet a reliable and quick delivery service. From time to time the company used may differ from that specified in the item, this would only been done to keep postage costs down for example if a bulk order was placed. Any changes to the delivery company used would be communicated via Ebay messages.

If 'other courier' (either 24 or 48 hour) is specified as the method of posting then it will be UK Mail/I Post Parcels that we are using. Otherwise it will say Royal Mail or My Hermes as the method of posting.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with every purchase from us. We fully comply with the Credit Contracts Regulations Act that came into force on the 13th June 2014. Please be aware that the majority of our items are pre-loved or new with defects and whilst of our descriptions are thorough, with full measurements and lots of photos we are only human and sometimes a mistake can happen. The opinions of our items are personal opinions and we understand that from time to time opinions can differ. We are very approachable so should you encounter a problem please do contact us via Ebay messages prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback.

If you are not happy with your item then the purchase must be cancelled within fourteen calendar days of the item being received and all communications are to be made via Ebay messages. The item must then be returned within 3 calendar days of us agreeing to the return. It must be sent back via a secure and traceable postage method and in the same condition in which it was received. Return postage costs will be at the buyer’s expense. However at our discretion we may offer to pay return postage costs and to refund original postage costs when the item is being returned because it's defective, isn't as described, or it was damaged in transit. This will be agreed prior to the return being authorised.
