The cover is in good condition with moderate to heavy spine end and corner denting, mild rubbing and soiling. The pages are in good condition but with heavy yellowing common to Witman Publications, no tears, or writing that I can see except the owners name on he flyleaf. The boards are secure but with slight webbing showing, the body is solid.

Book measures 6 5/8 inches X 4 1/8 inches, 213 pages
