This is a Road Champs Police Series 1999 Chevy Camaro Colorado State Police 1:43 Scale (MOC 2000). The piece is mint, still sealed on the original card. The card shows some wear around the edges and corners, shows some bending and creasing at the top corners of the card, there are a few large dents in the bottom side of the bubble, there is a small tear at the hole punch and there is a puncture in the card at the top right corner.
