Terms of Sale | All sales are final. However, for utmost consumer satisfaction, our customer service department will assist you with your return considering the below:
• Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery. Defective merchandise will be exchanged within the first 14 days of receipt.
• All returns and exchanges on cell phone accessories must be received within 7 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions! A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returns and cancellations.
