This is a brand new, still in box, never opened IReliev Dual Channel TENS & EMS Electrotherapy unit. 

I first had a TENS unit used on me when I hurt my knee and had physical therapy. It was amazing. I never expected to get the relief from pain in the knee when I used something like this. However, after therapy was over I bought several of these units so I would always have one on hand.

I walk every day and I have used a unit like this after walking or at night when I sought relief from the arthritis in my knee. I use ice at times, too, but this is the item that I always make sure I have.

On a bad day I hook mine up and wear it under my pants while shopping or just driving. It has helped me tremendously.

This iReliev model has both the TENS and the EMA feature. The combination is used for muscle strength and recover. Relieves back, muscle, joint and arthritis pain. Drug free. It has 8 TENS and 6 EMS therapy programs. 25 levels of high output intensity and comes with TENS and EMS electrode pads.

My physical therapist told me that it redirects the pain away from the area. It does seem to do that. It is easy to take along with you and I stocked up on extra pads and the electrode gel so I could use pads a lot more times. 

The directions are easy to follow.
