We provide both return and exchange; in case you have changed your mind or wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then provide you with instructions that will help us process your case efficiently upon receipt of the returned parcel.
Please note that customers are responsible for the postal costs involved when returning items; we will reimburse the return postage fees only if the error was on our part or the purchased item was found to be faulty.
