1) How soon will my item be despatched:

 ITEMS... We will endeavour to despatch the same day for orders received before 3pm.
(Club Logo & Name will take slightly longer)

·        If ordered over the weekend, this will be despatched on Monday

2) Leaving details for embroidery, such as a the name, embroidery font you would like embroidered;

At checkout, next to our name “TowelsAreUs”, you will see an envelope and then “Add message”, if you click on this a box will open up, please leave your requirements herewith and click “Add message”

3) Postage & Shipping

 of our items offer FREE delivery

  will be despatched either by 2nd Class Royal Mail or our courier, UK Mail (24hr working day service) - depending on the size/weight of the order

4) Payment

 be made via Paypal - please follow the instructions on ebay.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

5) Returns

 For Personalised / Embroidered goods, as they have been made specially, these unfortunately cannot be returned.

6) Washing; Our Towels, Bath Robes & Bath Mats can be washed at 40’c.. even embroidered goods as the thread we use is colourfast.
