We offer a 60 day returns policy where you can return your item for a refund. For our UK customers, returns are FREE! For our international customers, we are unable to offer free returns so you will be liable to pay the return postage cost. You must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.
