UK BUYERS Postage+Packing Discounts & Information:

• 99% of items have FREE UK P+P, but where P+P applies, I offer postage discounts, so that you pay only for the heaviest item, and all other items are posted free, as long as they are all in one package - but you must pay for all the items at the same time, on one invoice. See individual listings for the discount on each item.
• All P+P reductions should automatically be made at Checkout, but if you are in any doubt about the total amount, please ask me for an invoice.
• Royal Mail charges will increase in April each year.
• We regret that we are unable to mark parcels with 'leave in porch', 'leave with neighbour' (or similar instruction) due to possible theft. These kinds of instructions are contrary to Ebay and PayPal's "Buyer Protection" rules.
• If an item is returned by the Royal Mail to Tribes and Vibes, where the Buyer failed to collect the package from the  Royal Mail, or it is marked as "Incomplete Address", the Buyer will be refunded the cost of the order less the cost of postage. Alternatively, if the Buyer wants the package to be sent again, additional P+P will need to be paid for first.

NON-UK BUYERS (Ireland, France, Germany, Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand & Australia) Discounted Shipping & Import Information:

•  All items are Shipped using either Royal Mail International Signed, Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked. You only need to pay for this service ONCE. Shipping on any additional items that you buy will be heavily discounted so that you only pay between 15p-25p per additional item. Royal Mail charges increase in April each year. 
• BEFORE YOU PAY & IF YOU BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM, please wait for a combined invoice from me so that I can ensure that the Shipping has been properly discounted for you. The Royal Mail price/weight banding make it difficult for Ebay to automatically calculate each country's Shipping costs.
• IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or Shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's Customs & Excise Department to determine what these additional costs will be, and the legal requirements for importing any items into your country, prior to buying.
• On the Customs Form CN22 I do not describe the value of items below the retail value, or mark packages as "Gifts" ~ international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Delivery to Ireland & Europe usually takes 5-10 days from my dispatch date, and delivery to the USA, Canada & Australia can take between 7-10 days from my dispatch date. The Royal Mail will not consider that an item is lost until 25 working days have passed since the time the item was posted. I am bound by the same rules. If you think the item has been lost, please contact me and as soon as 15 working days have passed, I will be happy to replace or refund your purchase.
