This magazine is "technically" new since it came directly out of my store inventory. It has been knocked around a lot though on the shelf and at various conventions. There is some outer wear, edge dings and edge wear. It has mark-down price stickers on the back. The insides are clean, unmarked, and guaranteed complete.
