Return Policy

Here at Georgetown Frame Shoppe, we realize that buying art through the internet can be a risky experience. For this reason, we issue a certificate of authenticity with every work of art purchased, guaranteeing the authenticity of the art for life. Georgetown Frame Shoppe also guarantees to refund our clients (minus original shipping and eBay fees) within seven (7) days of arrival, no questions asked, if the work of art arrives, and you are unsatisfied with your purchase. The refund is issued when we receive the artwork, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. This refund does not apply to special orders.

We ship worldwide. The cost of shipping is dependent upon the value, size, packing materials, and destination of each work of art. For anywhere in the U.S., we use standard ship rates and ship through Fed Ex ground, fully insured. For international shipping, we base costs on the destination country. International buyers, please ask for shipping estimates for each auction.

US Buyers: All items going to US locations are shipped FedEx Ground/Home Delivery, fully insured and trackable. Because eBay does not offer calculated shipping fees through FedEx, flat rate shipping is charged based on the item's value and size and the packing materials required for safe delivery of each work of art.

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the eBay charges and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Two flat shipping rates are offered for international buyers based on the item's value and size, the speed of delivery, and the packing materials required for safe delivery of each work of art.
