it is NISB ( New in(factory) sealed in Box!!) Seals are still intact, NEVER Opened!!

LEGO Box Condition:  Good Condition (not mint, has some minor shelf wear; still sealed,see pics); FACTORY sealed by Lego / NEVER OPENED!!

Cold/Wet Weather/Temperature Warning: I will note that the seals are in good condition for their age. However, due to the extreme cold weather, and dampness, in certain places of the country, it could affect the box seals and loosen or cause them to pop loose from the box, but this item is leaving my possession as Factory sealed!

Regarding recipient address changes: I will only ship to the address found in both the eBay AND Paypal system at the time of payment!! Any other address will be ignored, or I will be forced to refund payment for you to correct the address and resubmit! If your address has recently changed, please ensure you have updated your info in eBay and Paypal! If you fail to do this then it will show your previous address when making a payment.

Shipping Insurance Mandatory: I use new shipping boxes to ship items in and packing material, not brown shipping paper or old flimsy boxes. That being said, I can not guarantee that damage will not occur by the shipping company in transit. This is why insurance is mandatory in my listings (and included in shipping fees). If the item is over 700 dollars, Signature confirmation is also mandatory. I have boxed many items in the past and box them well.


Regarding Multiple items: I cannot combine this set with items due to its size, sorry.
 
Regarding local pickup: I do not allow for local pickup due to eBay protection policies.

US Shipping Policy:

-U.S. BIDDERS BID FREELY. Foreign bidders see below.

-All Items are sent out with a USPS Delivery confirmation number.(This is included in Shipping fee)

- Handling time(before shipping) sometimes can be 3 days after payment is received, meaning it can take me up to 3 days to reach the PO. If you get your item within the designated time as stated by eBay handing time in the shipping information then you received the item ON TIME! PLEASE do not leave me negative feedback as I will report unjust negative feedback to eBay.

- Multiple items- I do combine shipping for multiple items won, but only if able (i.e weight and size can fit into another box) and you will need to use the eBay shopping cart to combine the items and ask for a estimate before paying . For this set though, I CANNOT combine to ship with another item, sorry.

SHIPPING BOXES/MATERIALS: Shipping fee will also Include purchase of a New shipping box (which usually cost around 8 dollars from UPS(if it is a big box)to ship the item in if needed (this is incorporated into my fees). I will always try to provide a NEW shipping box if possible as I hate when I receive an Item in a beat up box, or when someone uses brown shipping paper around a Lego box, which is useless.



Insurance policy :

-Insurance is also included in the Shipping/handling fee, this is a REQUIRED shipping/handling fee and is allowed under eBay rules.


 

INTERNATIONAL Bidders/BUYERS:


- I now use eBay Global Shipping program to send anything overseas from US. I will not deviate from this program (or use another method) as it protects both buyer and seller!
