I try to ship on the following day of payment, unless it is a public holiday or due to illness
I combine shipping. If more than one or up to 10 items are purchased by the same buyer, I will only charge the same postage as a single item.
I always get a proof of postage certificate and a receipt from the post office as proof that I have posted the item.
If an item is lost or damaged in the post I will assist in claiming the insurance. But please remember unless you chose the international signed for (overseas) or special delivery (UK) you can only claim up to £30.00 for your item.
An item will only have a tracking number for overseas if the international signed for option has been chosen
REFUNDS
I offer refunds if the item is not as described. I try to describe items in an honest way and show photographs. Please look closely at all photos as they will show any imperfections not mentioned in the description. Please ask any questions about the item before you decide to bid. Please ask questions if you are unsure about the item.
RETURNS
If the item has been described wrong then I will gladly pay for the return postage
If the buyer decides they no longer want the item or want to return it for any other reason, then the buyer pays for the return postage
