We have been a Dealer for over 30 years. This brochure has been kept in storage since arriving. Before the internet, this is where you got a lot of your information. Today, many of the major brand do not make many, if any of these at all anymore. This is a true blast from the past that will never be made again. This and all the brochures I am currently selling are un-circulated. They were stored about the time of their release or within a year after. Most are in perfect or near perfect shape but a few have some minor waves or folded corners from storage. None of the brochures kept for ebay selling purposes are too bad off and I consider all to be very respectable. However,  If you are in need of a absolutely mint condition brochure- ask me before buying if I still have one that is mint. If I don't, I can let you know the exact condition of the brochure you would receive.  Again, all are very respectable but because of the large quantity of brochures that I have, this is the best way to keep everyone on the same page!
