Suncatcher Handling times- All my suncatcher items are hand made to order by myself (no helpers). Handling times are usually 3-5 working days throughout the year.
Christmas handling times can blow out to 2 weeks due to the large volume of orders. Please place Christmas orders in October or early November to avoid disappointment. Orders placed in December may not allow enough time for postage.

IMPORTANT- Tracking notifications will be sent to your email and can be found within your eBay order history. We use Australia Post, your order will NOT require signature unless you choose signature on delivery in the checkout options (this is an additional cost). Australia Post will decide if it is safe to leave or may choose to return to the PO for collection.
In the event of items being returned to sender due to incorrect address or non collection from a post office, we can only refund the product value. All shipping costs are non refundable. Please ensure your address is correct, check your emails and follow your tracking.

For multiple items, simply add everything to the cart then checkout in 1 transaction.
The cart is capped (this includes GST and costs of packaging and associated charges)
NOTE- Ebay will add up the postage on each item until it gets to the capped limit (shown at the time of ordering)
