Description
The Vantech Custom H1 Steel system with 63" Cross Bars is not pre-assembled and requires a drill, power tools and etc for assembly. Each bar can hold up 125 lbs. - 225 lbs. per bar depending on where the sleeve is positioned (3" - 10" = 225 lbs.)(11" - 14" = 200 lbs.)(15" - 18" = 175 lbs.)(19" - 22" = 150 lbs.)(23" - 23.5" = 125 lbs.) The sleeve of the mount can be installed anywhere along the post depending on clearance needed for vehicle. The Cross bars is 2" X 1" rectangular 14 gauge heavy duty steel. A plastic bar guard can be adhered onto the top of the cross bar to prevent damage from equipment and material. The Steel mounting uprights are 11 gauge, approximately 1/8" thick at the base and are galvanized before powder coating. The mounting uprights have an 8" wide footprint and a total height of 28.5". At the lowest, the bottom of the cross bar has a clearance of 3" and the highest clearance can be 23.5". Add 2" to get the measurement to the top of cross bar. The Base is welded complete onto the upright post for complete seal. There are 4X 3/4" eyehook on each upright mounts. No modifications to vehicle are necessary for installation. The drip rail clamps are 11 gauge steel. The drip rail clamps are 2" x 8" and dipped in rubber where they make contact to the upright mount and vehicle. Rubber cap on the upright post prevents wind noise and water leakage. This system is powder coated black.

Shipping
Packages will be shipped via UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days upon arrival to destination. Be aware that sometimes packages will not get to destination on time due to weather conditions or suburban locations. Please provide us with your telephone # in case there is a problem. We regret that this item can not be shipped to PO boxes. Item can be combined with other accessories, But not complete rack systems.
Returns
Unused merchandise may be returned freight pre-paid in the original shipping packaging with all labels, hardware, instructions. Used or installed items are not acceptable for return. All returns must be accompanied by a RGA # and a copy of the original receipt. The RGA # must be issued within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products with or without RGA # can not be returned after 30 days from date of delivery. To obtain a RGA # please call the number in the header and have your invoice number ready. Special order items cannot be returns. Any items sent freight collect will be refused and returned at shipper's expense. All returns are subjected to a 20% restocking/return fee. If item was shipped during promo "free shipping" customer will be subject to a 25% restocking/return fee. Customer pays all shipping and handling charge going to and from destination. Once the item has been examined and the reason of return is verified, you will be issued a refund. Refund will be issued by company check to the receiver (stated on invoice) and will take approximately 5-7 business days to process.
Claims for Shipping Damages
Product that are damaged during transport must be reported to the carrier within 24 hours after receiving delivery. Otherwise customer will be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please inspect all packages thoroughly before signing acceptance of shipment. A written statement of product condition and picture must be submitted through eBay to start claim. Failure to do so will result in lose of time and claim.
Warranty
Warrantee 5 year Limited warranty will only apply to those who submit their warranty info through e-mail. When e-mailing warranty information please provide us with the invoice number, name, address and date of purchase. We will then e-mail you a form to fill out. Once the form is filled out please e-mail the form back. Non-registered warranty claims will not be accepted after 30 days of receiving item. Covered on the warranty are as follow: Mounting bases and drip rail clamps. Cross bars, nuts, bolts, washers, anchors, and gaskets are not included in the warranty. Warranty does not cover bent, warped or normal wear and tear of product. All electrical products are covered by a 1 years warranty unless item is stated otherwise. All mechanical products are covered by a 5 year warranty. All warranty items must be shipped to Vantech USA Incorporated 150 New Hwy Amityville NY 11701. Customers must cover all shipping fees to and from destination. To submit a warranty claim message us titled "warranty claim application". A claim form will be e-mailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. Fill out form and submit picture(s) as required. A warranty agent will contact you in 7-9 business days.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling the number in header. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policies for returns. Special order item(s) can not be cancelled once an order number has been given or e-mailed.
