1912 Calumet, Hancock, Houghton and Laurium City Directory.  This is a very scarce book, with no copies for sale online from this era.  This book is from when Calumet was thriving, before the labor strikes and disasters.

Every resident is listed, along with their occupation.  Businesses include hundreds of saloons, dozens of secret societies, numerous mining companies.  712 pages, dimensions are 9-1/2 by 6-1/2 by 1-/4 inches.

CONDITION:   Very good condition in and out.  There is one bookplate on the front pastedown from the Adolph Sutro Library, with the legend "Withdrawn for California State Library".  There are no other library marks.  The binding is very solid, with professionally restored hinges.  The Directory is 100% complete, with no missing, torn, loose or damaged pages.  No odor, no stains.  There several pages with checkmarks in red pencil next to certain names.  There are two pages near the end (691 and 693) with professional edge tape restoration.  The first endpaper is strengthened with silk paper.  See photos for detail.
