Leather is solid and in overall good condition. Snap work properly.  Small hole in side of cover.  Hole is shown in pictures.  Cover could use a good cleaning and treatment with leather conditioner.  Pictures show quality of cover.  Cover would be fine for a daily driver.  

Cover is for 740 940 models but can also be used on 240 models.
