NOS / New Old Stock Ford / Motorcraft Distributor Vacuum Advance.  I believe this may fit 1968 1969 1970 1971 Mustang Torino Galaxie with 302 390 428 engines and may be pn  D2TE-12370-E.  It is stamped 1D next to the side vacuum port.  It is in very good condition with minor shelf oxidation....appears to function fine....NO packaging included.
