All measurements are taken by laying the garment flat the measuring from edge to edge and doubling for bust and hip. Length is the measurement from the top of the shoulder to the hem. Please keep in mind that these are not the measurements of the body, but of the garment; therefore, you need to figure some extra room for fabric and fit from your own measurements. These are the measurements for the size 12. The size 14 is about 2" larger.

All of my items come from a non-smoking home. Some items may need to be pressed or streamed before wearing them as they may arrive wrinkled from shipping. It is also advised that you launder or clean clothing before wearing as most of my clothing comes from department stores and their distribution centers.
CAN I GET MEASUREMENTS FOR THIS ITEM?
I am unable to give you item specific measurements on most items. If you need to know what size you are, you will need to find a size chart online and compare your measurements to it. With only a few exceptions, when purchasing items online from department stores and specialty shops, specific item measurements are rarely given so please don't get upset when I am unable to provide them. You have to remember that I am offering these same items at approximately half or more off the retail price and it just is not cost efficient to measure each and every item I sell. Many of the items I sell are in the original shipping bag also.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN THIS ITEM?
I always take returns, so in the event an item does not fit or you do not like it, it can be returned within the specified time period provided it is in the exact condition as sold with hang tags or original shipping bag. Only items from non-smoking homes can be returned or with no absorbed odors. Just follow the instructions that Ebay gives you to print a return label and send the item back by clicking on Returns.
