These are a new style clip fitted to most Audi models after 2015. Earlier models of the Audi A3 also use this part. The clip attaches to a metal stud with a round head welded to the door. The clips can become brittle over time or break during repairs or removal of the door card.

These Audi door card clips can be found on the Audi A3, A4, Q7, R8 and TT models since 2015. It is likely to be used on future Audi due for release after 2017.
