    • We offer a 30 day money back returns policy. If you change your mind you can return your item within 30 days for a refund.
    • TRANSIT: If your item is damaged in transit, you can refuse delivery or sign for the item as damaged. If you do choose to accept a damaged delivery please let us know by eBay message within 12 hours of delivery. We can refund or exchange on receipt of the returned item.
    • FAULTY ITEM: If you have any problem with your item please contact us ASAP, you need to inform us within 7 days by eBay message. The faulty item must be returned to us at your expense within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned with all of its original packing and tags.
