Even though many chapters are about the Stereo Realist, there are plenty of chapters about stereo photography equipment and techniques, like stereo projection, slide mounting, trick stereo photography, stereo microscopy, underwater stereo, and much more! (see complete listing of contents below). These chapters are written from top experts in the field (for example, Tommy Thomas wrote the chapter on trick photography.)

I have been into stereo photography for over 16 years now and I consider this to be the best reference in stereo ever written. Of course, the second best reference is my Stereo Realist book! :) (available in my ebay store)
