Please utilize the photos to judge and if you are unsure or have questions, please always ask.
• The absence of any reference to the condition does not imply the item is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, aging, or other consequences of being antique, vintage or pre-owned.
• Please note that we do not state, nor do we claim to be experts in the fields related to the item for sale.
• Regardless of the item description or photographs, all items are sold AS IS.
• We want our buyers to be very satisfied with their purchases.  However, should there be an issue with the piece(s), PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM PURCHASED TO NOTIFY US OF AND TO DISCUSS YOUR PARTICULAR ISSUE rather than leave negative feedback.  We have no intention of misrepresenting an item and make every effort to provide clear photos and accurate descriptions. We will gladly work with you in order to seek a reasonable resolution to reconcile the problem. Like all eBay vendors, we want to keep our customers happy.

 Bidding:

• When you the buyer bids on or purchases an item you are thereby agreeing to provide successful and complete payment within 96 hours (4 calendar days). Please note that if full payment is not received as specified then the purchase or bid will be cancelled and the sold item will be re-listed, or in the event of multiple bids, the second or under bidder may be contacted.
• Non-paying buyers/bidders will be blocked from purchasing or bidding on other items available in our eBay store.
• We greatly appreciate positive feedback comments from satisfied customers upon receipt of their items and we are happy to provide feedback in return.

 Shipping:

• Insurance and signature confirmation will be included in the shipping/handling total for purchased items in order to protect against loss, damage, theft or misplaced packages. All items will be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation, regardless of the sale price.
• We list our shipping method as USPS although we will occasionally use other services (UPS, FedEx etc.) should they be more cost-effective, safer, and/or more convenient while still providing needed insurance and signature  options. Please note: heavy items, fragile pieces, and fine jewelry will have higher domestic shipping costs based on the package weight and/or value of the item. Where applicable shipping fees will be calculated dependent on the item's final weight, the cost of insurance, packaging, and destination. 
• Some of our shipping methods for larger items (furniture, large signs etc.) include ForwardAir, which does not ship door to door. However, they do have outlets all over the country.  If you have a shipping method and/ or company that is safe while being more cost effective and/or convenient we will do our best to accommodate.  
• We are shipping valuable pieces of history and therefore, we package them as securely as possible to ensure their safe arrival including double boxing or crating where appropriate which may add weight to the final total cost of shipping.  In which case, normal shipping costs will not apply.
• Please do not include shipping in your offer. We will not honor an offer that includes shipping.

Policies

• If you are a buyer with less than 10 (ten) feedbacks which include at least one negative feedback, then please contact Artisan Antiques & Jewelry prior to bidding or purchase. Although we do not normally accept offers from eBay users as described above, we may consider the possibility if you contact us directly. If you do not contact us before buying your bid will be canceled. 
• Any insurance claim that may arise it is necessary for you, the buyer, to keep all packaging materials as you received them.
• We will not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Please take note: items listed on eBay are concurrently for sale and purchase in our antique shops in Cleveland, Ohio. Therefore, occasionally an item may sell via our antique shops, thus rendering it unavailable on eBay at the point of sale---in which case we reserve the right to terminate the auction or remove the item from eBay.
