Comes with 2 original pens (one works/ other may need ink)

Attached letter was found with this item:

"This hinge from pair of black walnut door that took first place hinge at centennial Jubilee Philadelphia 1876. Taken from the F.M. Kirby residence he was one of the original 5-10 store owner he had about 100 stores when he joined up with Woolworth House at corner of Riversend and south st Wilkesboro, PA" (I copied text from note ,but hard to read, Fred Morgan Kirby)

Weight 6 lb 8 oz (by itself/ box and packing are included in shipping weight)

Base 10 1/8" x 5 1/4", 10 3/4" tall, pens stand 7 3/4" tall on base
