SELLER'S sole obligation pursuant to this order is to deliver the goods to the buyer. SELLER shall have no other obligation or liability, direct or indirect, of any kind, including liability for special, incidental or consequential damages. Prices and availability are subject to change. Purchaser agrees to pay the total amount owed by the due date on the Invoice. In the event of non-payment of any outstanding invoice, the Purchaser agrees to pay late fees of 1% per month for any outstanding balance that is overdue, including all collection, legal, and court costs incurred to recover any outstanding debt owed by the Purchaser to SELLER . This agreement is to be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Ohio.
