OGROS Nota informativa: Los tonos de color rojo, en los Ogros sobre todo, pueden variar del país de fabricación, por lo que se venden figuras completas y piezas en buen estado, pero pueden variar en el tono según disponibilidad, así que si se desea algún tono de color rojo específico, por favor, preguntar por disponibilidad y cantidad antes de comprar, y evitar problemas posteriores por no ser el artículo que se deseaba. En la foto principal del anuncio tenemos expuesta una foto con distintas piezas de Ogro, donde puede apreciarse los tonos disponibles, y así poder tener una mejor idea. Gracias.
Hay que tener en cuenta que las piezas de los Ogros pueden tener holgura de fabricación, por lo que los brazos pueden tener más rigidez en su posición o no.

1.- ADVERTENCIA: El artículo puesto en venta es un juguete que contiene partes pequeñas, que pueden provocar asfixia, por lo que no está no recomendado para niños menores de 10 años.
Los artículos en stock son USADOS, a no ser que se indique lo contrario, con señales de uso habitual, decoloraciones y/o piezas flojas propias del tiempo del producto. Seleccionamos las mejores miniaturas, pero no evita que haya alguna con señales de juego o señal de forzado, como en las armas, pero que procuramos evitar en lo posible y no serviremos piezas con un doblez excesivo y nunca con rotura.
Si es necesario, procedemos a una limpieza de los artículos, pero sin usar métodos agresivos, por lo que dejamos en manos más expertas para eliminar cualquier mancha que pudiera contener.
Además, si el pujador lo considera necesario, durante el transcurso de la subasta, se podrá realizar cualquier pregunta o duda, o aportación de alguna foto aclaratoria más, y que contestaremos a la mayor brevedad posible.

We select the best pieces, but ithas not prevented some with signs of play or fold small signs, such as weapons, but we try to avoid it whenever possible and not serve parts with excessive bending and never to break.
We clean the articles, but without using aggressive methods, so let in more experienced hands to remove any stain that might remain.
Also, if the bidder needs, during the auction, can ask any questions or concerns, and we can send some more picture, and we will answer as soon as possible.
2.- La forma de Pago será sólo por INGRESO o TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA o PAYPAL. No se acepta entregas en mano, ni pagos contra reembolso.

El pago se efectuará en un PLAZO MÁXIMO de 4 DÍAS desde la terminación de la subasta. Cualquier retraso justificado en el pago deberá de comunicarse. Si no es así, se notificará a Ebay el impago.

4.- El envío de este artículo viene especificado en el presente anuncio, y se remitirá siempre por Correo Certificado. No enviamos por Correo Ordinario.
Si se adquieren dos o más artículos los gastos de envío son combinables entre sí, que incluirán el EMBALAJE y MANIPULACIÓN de los artículos, y el precio estipulado por CORREOS, según su peso y volumen. Solicitar el Pago Total para que sepamos que no se desean más artículos y enviaremos la factura con los gastos combinados.
International deliveries for this item is specified in this notice, and be sent by registered mail with tracking code.

5.- SE ADMITIRÁN DEVOLUCIONES antes de los 14 días desde la recepción del artículo y bajo cualquier inconveniente justificado. Los artículos se devolverán en similares condiciones de paquetería, y por Correo Certificado. Una vez que nos llegue, comprobaremos que todo está correcto y procederemos al reembolso.
Los gastos de devolución serán a cargo del comprador.
Cuando sea un error considerable por nuestra parte,
devolveremos el importe integro (artículos + gastos de envío). Si no fuera así,
tan sólo se reembolsará el precio del artículo.

Refunds will be

6.- VOTO.
