This is a Johnny Lightning Legends Of Star Trek Romulan Bird Of Prey 1:64 Scale (MOC 2004). The piece is mint, still sealed to the original card. The card is in decent shape, shows some wear around the edges and corners, there is a sticker tear at the bottom left corner, nothing major. See pictures for more details.
