I have a hardcover copy of Only You with a date of 1999 for sale. The book is still in very good condition and it is by Joye Ames. There is no writing or staining inside. The book is tight at the spine. The dust cover is in nice shape.  

The book is an ex-library book so it has a plastic cover on it,  a card sleeve, and a bar code inside the back cover. There are the typical library ink stamps scattered throughout. The plastic cover is glued to the boards. It's your typical library book.
