SHIELD CHARM FACTS:
Shield charms are SMALL often hand painted souvenir charms designed in the 1930's and 1940's
and are beautiful charms to place on a charm bracelet. You can design a shield charm bracelet
filled with shields from places you've visited as well as places you hope to visit. Of course you can mix
shield charms with enamel charms and/or sterling silver charms for a great look as well.
They also add color to any charm bracelet and additionally are great conversation starters.
These charms are no longer made, and are now highly collectible.

The condition is VERY GOOD VINTAGE to my eyes, now using your eyes,

enlarge the viewing area and decide if the charm meets your expectations.

This is a beautiful hand painted charm, it dates from the 1930's to the early 1940's.

You won't find a prettier shield for Gent.

Remember, this is a vintage item, and as such it is not perfect, it will show signs 
of age/wear, for example, surface scratches, patina, enamel loss, fading, crazing, chips to the enamel and more.

The metal is 800 silver 
It is marked   800 PL
It measures 5/8 inch high (including the integral loop)  by over 3/8 inch wide.(size is approx.) 
It weighs 1.0 grams. (weight is approx.)
