These are 2.5in(64mm) diameter disc 0.5in(12mm) high but squish down some under weight.  One side is slightly textured other smooth. They can be cut into smaller or different shapes.  You will receive 4 feet in a plastic bag we also sell singles. 

These have a 70 durometer density we also sell them in 30 or 50.  Recommended for up to 200lb max per foot, so a set of 4 is good for items that are up to about 800lbs with flat surfaces., perfect for larger items like receivers, amps, speakers and computer cases. We also carry other sizes and shapes

Sorbothane is a proprietary visco-elastic polymer which is a very effective acoustic damper and absorber. With a very high damping coefficient it combines shock absorption, good memory, vibration isolation and vibration damping characteristics. While many other materials exhibit one of these characteristics, Sorbothane combines all of them in a stable material with a long fatigue life over a very wide temperature range.

This material may feel a bit sticky from its high plasticizer content.  Most finishes are completely unaffected but plasticizers can migrate into some paints, varnish or wood.  Most people don't use anything, but a small piece of felt or plastic can prevent any possible problems.  A couple of our products include a felt bottom and we also sell felt in our store.

It's not easy for us to suggest what will work best for your application, picking the density and form may take some experimentation.
