Our return process is much easier if you deal directly with us via the customer service email. We have been taking care of customers since 1981. If you open a return via eBay it becomes more complicated and cumbersome and we have to follow that return process whether it makes sense or not. We can save you the headache and complication if you email us instead.
Here are the general return rules. Unknown returns may be refused. Returns must be new and unused and have all parts and accessories. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping unless we have made an error. We appreciate honesty and communication in the return process to better assist you.
