The fee is in addition to the postage costs and according to the value of the shipment. it can range from $2.05 and up. FOREIGN transactions that total over $50.00 (including Postage) are sent via Registered Mail or Insured Mail depending on the Value of the Shipment. The Fee for Registered mail is $14.95 plus insurance (if required) I will work with you to save you money and have a SECURE shippment. For foreign transaction, Customs form will be correctly filled with the total value of the shipment including the postage costs as required by law.

I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY and the FSDA The lots you see on my eBay are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 14 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as NO RETURNS. They are NOT returnable. Also the exception is, If I made a major mistake, wrong lot etc.
