Lovely late Victorian child's dress/petticoat, unusual shape with gently flared panels,

no waistline, A-line skirt. Made from tiny woven window pane check cotton,

with lace trim to sleeves, hem & neck. Insert of wider lace at squared neckline.

Back is open, fastens with seven mop buttons.
