If you need your items quicker then standard 1st Class postage is charged at just 50p - regardless of how many items you buy!

All items are shipped within 1 working day after payment is received.

Goods which are paid for via cheque are shipped once funds have cleared our account.
Goods which are paid for via Postal Order are shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of the postal order.

All International parcels are shipped via Standard Airmail. (£4.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item)

Returns

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 7 days of your purchase date.
Customers are expected to pay the full return delivery charges in the first instance and will be refunded upon receipt. (situation depending)
If the product was incorrectly sent or arrived damaged then a replacement will automatically be sent - simply send back the incorrect item with a small note detailing the problem and including the item number. If the product simply doesnt meet your requirements then we can also accept it back as long as you contact us within 7 days of your original order.
