Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is only available in Australia, UK, USA and New Zealand. In most cases the issue can be fixed by replacing a part. If so we will send the part for free to you. If more extensive work is required we will get the unit back to us (or in some cases we will just send you out a replacement).
