We go through great lengths to provide a detailed description and post several high-resolution images on every listing for your consideration. We encourage you to ask questions if any arise. In addition, we disclose the dimensions in millimeters, as photos sometimes present items bigger than they are. Please have ruler available to you in order grasp a sense of size; the actual item might be smaller than it appears on your phone or monitor. If you would like to visit our location and examine the jewelry before buying, please submit a 24 hour notice via e-mail with the item numbers of goods that interest you, so that a meeting can be arranged.
Please do not be discouraged with the condition “pre-owned.” This condition does not have the same meaning as it would when describing electronics, appliances, clothing or cars. This is jewelry, that is made out of precious stones and metals and will never become worn out or obsolete. Our in-house jeweler, with 35 years of experience, will polish and shine every piece to perfection before we ship it out to you.
Return Policy:
You have 30 days to return the item from the day it was delivered to you, no questions asked. You are responsible for shipping charges. If free shipping was offered, we will deduct the exact amount we paid for shipping and insurance. You must furnish tracking numbers once you ship the item back to us.
We offer returns and refunds only if the item is returned unaltered with all original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 days pending examination of the returned merchandise, or up to 6 days if the item is returned after more than 14 days after purchase.
Returned jewelry cannot be resized or altered in any way, and must be unworn. Items returned used or in a condition other then received will incur a restocking fee. All goods will be inspected upon receipt prior to the issuance of any refund.
