The holder is mounted onto a tilt swivel. This mean that you can adjust the angle in order to avoid light reflection on the screen. 1. Are my items new?
All items (unless stated otherwise) are brand you in their original box. We only offer the latest edition of firmware and software with it’s products.

2. Where do you ship from?
Shipping is done from our main warehouse in Israel.

3. How long it will take for my item to arrive?
We usually ship the items within 3 days from payment confirmation.

Stndard shipments are done with registered Airmail which usuaully takes between 14-21 business Days depending on the destination country, sometimes it is faster and sometime it may take little longer.
Expedited shipments are done with EMS. Shipping time can usually is about 5-7 working days, and is fully traceable.

Can I track my package?

All EMS, UPS and FedEx shipment are traceable. You will receive a tracking number when the order is dispatched.

What about customs and duties?

Local Taxes, VAT and other payment differ from country to country. The buyer is responsible for paying all the local taxes, if applicable, in his country.

All shipment to Israel are subject to 17% VAT.

What If I have a problem with my item?

Can I return a product?

All products can be returned for a refund within 14 days from receiving the product.

To return a product please contact us to get an RMA number.

Product must be new, in it’s original condition and with complete box and accessories.

We will refund the money once the product is received by us. Cost of shipping back the product is not covered by us.
