G+ condition with some edge and corner wear, one tiny edge tear at lower left corner, slight soiling.  Pages are tight and clean, a little browning at some page edges.   I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we are forced to use. Shipping is $3.95 in the U.S.
