There are many ways to get the best out of using our Life Oils, a couple being through the use of oil burners and using them in a bath.
One of the most effective ways however is to dilute them in carrier oil and massage them on to your skin. Massaging them on to your forehead, palms, chest, neck and aching muscles is the most beneficial way to get the most out of these oils.
Please Note: Due to us using only pure essential oils, these oils are strong and must be diluted before using directly on to your skin.
